Paralegal (Litigation Department)
Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of one of our Partners;
- Take instructions from clients and handle clients’ inquiries;
- Execute letters on behalf of clients;
- Draft court documents; and
- Ad-hoc job tasks assigned by the supervisor and/or Partner.
Requirements:
- LLB or above;
- 0-2 years’ working experience in law firm, fresh graduates will be considered;
- Sound knowledge in handling Litigation cases;
- Hard-working and able to work independently;
- Responsible with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent Cantonese and conversational Putonghua);
- Proficiency in PC operation including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing; and
- IMMEDIATELY available would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of one of our practising solicitors;
- Provide clerical / administrative support to supervisor; and

Requirements:
- Form 5 or above;
- 0-1 year experience in clerical work, experience in legal segment preferred but not a must, fresh graduates are also welcomed;
- Hard-working and able to work independently;
- Responsible with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent Cantonese and conversational Putonghua);
- Proficiency in PC operation including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing; and
- IMMEDIATELY available would be an advantage.

Part-time Clerk (Administration Department)
Responsibilities:
- Report to Head of Administration;
- Able to work at least 2 weekdays, Mondays and Fridays are a MUST (hours: 11:00-17:00);
- Provide cover for receptionist, duties include but not limited to greeting guest and handling incoming mails/documents;
- Scan and upload documents;
- Ad-hoc job tasks assigned by the supervisor and/or Partner.
Requirements:
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above;
- 0-2 years’ clerical or customer service experience, undergraduates / fresh graduates will also be considered;
- Proactive, eager to learn and able to work independently;
- Handle client’s issue in a professional manner, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent Cantonese); and
- Proficiency in PC operations including Chinese Word Processing.
