151-500 Flats – HK$ 21,000.00
501-1000 Flats – HK$ 31,000.00
1001-1200 Flats – HK$ 37,000.00
over 1200 Flats – negotiable

²  HK$2,000 additional charge for meeting attendance on Saturday, Sunday and all public holiday.
³  Not include Counsel Fee, Costs for Memorandum of Charge, Costs for Memorandum of Satisfaction, Costs for Order for Sale, Court Fee, Government Charges and any Expert Fees
⁴  HK$750 disbursements cost will be charged for each case.

2. Unlimited meetings with solicitors
3. Unlimited written legal advices
4. Unlimited legal letters
5. One District Court Action  ²
6. All management fee matters
7. All tenancy matters
8. Drafting of all commercial agreements involving less than HK$10,000,000.00
9. Approval of all commercial agreements involving less than HK$10,000,000.00
10. All Small Claims Tribunal cases ⁴
11. All Labour Tribunal cases
12. One Land’s Tribunal case
13. Legal Advice of D.M.C.
14. Attend maximum 2 hours Owners’ meeting once before 10p.m. ²
