  • 1. Unlimited telephone inquiries
    2. Unlimited meetings with solicitors
    3. Unlimited written legal advices
    4. Unlimited legal letters
    5. All management fee matters
    6. All tenancy matters
    7. Drafting of all commercial agreements involving less than HK$10,000,000.00
    8. Approval of all commercial agreements involving less than HK$10,000,000.00
    9. All Small Claims Tribunal cases 4
    10. All Labour Tribunal cases
    11. Legal Advice of D.M.C.
    12. Attend maximum 2 hours Owners’ meeting once before 10p.m.2

    Annual Fee

    1-100 Flats – HK$ 12,000.00
    101-300 Flats – HK$ 15,000.00
    301-500 Flats – HK$ 18,000.00
    501-1000 Flats – HK$ 20,000.00
    over 1001 Flats – HK$ 25,000.00

    2  HK$2,000 additional charge for meeting attendance on Saturday, Sunday and all public holiday.
    3  Not include Counsel Fee, Costs for Memorandum of Charge, Costs for Memorandum of Satisfaction, Costs for Order for Sale, Court Fee, Government Charges and any Expert Fees
    4  HK$750 disbursements cost will be charged for each case.
